Treatments are strictly by appointment only. ​ Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or you may have to re-schedule and pay a cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).

Equally please avoid arriving too early for your appointment as I may already be with a client or setting up the room for your treatment.

Please avoid bringing children, family or friends to your appointment as space in my treatment room is limited and it can be a distraction whilst I am performing your treatment(s).

A polite notice we do not allow children in to wait whilst you're having your treatment. Children will need their own appointment accompanied by a consenting adult. ​ Gift certificates can be redeemed against full priced treatments only. They cannot be redeemed against promotional offers or discounts.

Please allow 48hrs notice or a charge of 50% will be made, failing to show up for your appointment a full 100% will be charged before the next appointment can be made
